Opioids Not due my methadone for deven hours but git eeekend tske homed

It kinda holds me I no it's gone but enough to make me feel OK this is after eighty ml. I want to take a bit now as been asleep all day.
Would I be best taking it in one go or should I do sixty ml then save twenty ml for this afternoon.
Cos I do get a high from meth but usually have to wait till chemist.
Does it make mk difference in strength as I know meth gets stronger with dose increase after thirty ml.
Plus I've drank alcohol and had cocaine today talk g Xocai e always makes me rattle more even from. Methadone

Methadone withdrawal takes a looong time peak. I know the unpleasantness before that moment sucks.. but it's difficult to read the post. I assume you're in some kind of emergency situation where you don't have enough doses to cover you.

In that case.. save the redose for the most important time. Maybe with methadone a couple of hours before you have to be highly functional. Otherwise without anything important going on.. the withdrawal won't change much of anything even though it's unbearable
