does anyone know if cocaine still works if you have a blocked up nose?

If there is some part of mucous membrane still "available" it will work when insuflated. You can take cocaine orally or IV it.
Having said all that I highly recommend that you lay off coke if you have blocked up nose. I know that it is hard but call it a session and save some health (and coke).
