Nose bleed after MDMA (no snorting)

SWIM got a nose bleed the day after she took MDMA. She didn't snort it, but was dabbing and bombing crystals the night before. It happened as she woke up from a comedown nap and was only a little bit of blood but has really concerned SWIM. She had been taking Mandy about once a week in the three weeks leading up to the nose bleed (one night she took MDMA and 2cb). She's been taking it fairly regular for the past month or so and is concerned she might have had a hypertensive crisis leading to the nose bleed. Has this happened to any one else? Shes worried about taking it again.

What kind of setting were you in? A really smoky place or one with a lot of dry ice can irritate your nose and cause a bit of bleeding (or I should say it can cause mine to bleed).

How much blood? If there was only a few drops then I personally wouldn't worry about it as you may have knocked your face or had an over zealous pick or blown your nose really hard (lots of things).

Thanks bear love. Don't really remember falling down and I am too much of a lady to pick my nose... Well zealously any ways lol. I was at my friends (we don't do the club scene) and it was a very chill night by all accounts. I had split a gram of coke with one other person the week or so before and I don't normally take it, so I'm hoping that the nose bleed was from that. The only thing that concerns me is I have been taking mdma quite frequently and worry about taking it again for fear of going too far.

MDMA is corrosive and can cause blisters and slight burning in the mouth when dabbed. It's possible that by dabbing, the MDMA left in your saliva and mucus irritated the back of your throat and nasal passage and caused some bleeding. Not for sure but that's one idea
