Title says it all. Have 10 of these, friends leftovers, but they're not the specific sublingual brand of pill. I paid about (no prices)$ for em or I'd just try them myself, as my theory is lorazepam is lorazepam and whether or not specifically for oral it should work both ways.
Pill ID: 240, small white round.

Hurry, I'm crashing from some addies
Ergh I'll try it and see how it goes then, nobody on. Hopefully this will help some unfortunate Googlers like me, and maybe people in general...
Since this is basically a trip report now I'll just throw in all the info, mods move to the correct forum please?

Drugs taken today
12:00PM 20mg Amphetamines (Adderrall XR)
~3:20PM ~200mg Caffeine (Drip coffee)
5:00PM 10mg Amphetamines (Adderall IR)
~5:15PM ~350mg Caffeine (Drip coffee+1 soda)
6:30PM Venlafexine (Effexor XR) 150mg (daily)
9-11PM crash starts
11:50PM 2mg Lorazepam (subling)
12:10AM .5mg Lorazepam (oral)
11:00PM: Crash really hits, stomach begins to clench, chest feels tight, racing heart, feel uncomfortable, unhappy in general. Physical symptoms of an anxiety attack basically.
11:50PM: Ativan has always been my drug to help with physical sympoms of anxiety rather than mental, so I decide to try it. Took 4 .5 mg oral pills, cut each in half with pill cutter, then again on the last to halves, with each 1/4th = .125mg lorazepam, dropped pieces underneath tongue. Pieces dissolved within seconds, managed not to swallow for 1m but ended up swallowing.
12:10: took 1 oral just in case, no effects yet but feeling major headache from crash, heart fluctuating between palpitation to moderate tachychardia. Watching 30 Rock and eating some cereal.
12:45: Got up to go to the bathroom, mildly dizzy, mildly drowsy, heartrate slowing to mild tachychardia. Feel comfortably warm, clenching in stomach gone, still feel uncomfortable although headache slightly lessened. Brain fog that is there with the amphetamine comedown still there but not bothering me at all, feels almost welcome. Much less irritable and anxious, these obviously work sublingually.
1:32 Fairly sure major effects of the 2mg kicked in. Relaxed, warm, things are pleasant, muscles obviously relaxed, 30 Rock is extra enjoyable and watchable. Pulse is normal, feel comfortable, not even sure if a brain fog existed ever at the moment. Laughing at things easily, like that last sentence. No true euphoria, I have never found loraz vs any other benzo to produce truly notable mental effects, the "high" is physical and my head is blank, and clear. Like a more controlled, smoother, actually pleasant experience with alcohol. It's taken me 10 minutes to write this, which is a major change from when I could write 4 paragraphs in about 2 minutes. The perfect way to come down from a day of stimulants. I'm going to go to bed now. Night.
The Adderall is prescribed to me. I do not recommend illicit use of substances and this post is simply to provide anecdotal evidence and documentation that sublingual administration of lorazepam tablets intended for oral administration is as efficient if not more efficient.
