Nodule after bad injection

Im not sure if this is the right place to post this, if not im sorry.

So the thing is, a few months ago i injury my gluteus after doing several intramuscularly injections of ketamine in the same place. That happened after a long binge, so i was too messed up to even bother injecting properly (yes, i know its was stuped).

I ended up with a bruise (hematoma) in both sides of my gluteus that went better with time. However, I noticed that I ended up with a nodule in one side. At first i thought it was an internal scar, due repeatedly injecting in the same place. But then i examined more carefully and I noticed its a small nodule. Its totally painless tho, and I didnt noticed any increase in size over the time. The problem is it wont disappear.

I'll schedule an appointment with an orthopedist to see what can be done with it, but in the meanwhile i'd like to know if any of you know what that nodule may be, if its dangerous, and what can be done to get rid of it.

I learned my lesson the hard way. Now i just want to clean up my mess.
