Benzos no xanax ..HELP

i am on day 3 of a herion w/d but now ive run out of my xanax and have no means to get more,i have been using 1/4 a night for about a year but recently have used more anticipating this heroin-opiate(blues) w/d, i have not used more than one whole bar a day except yesterday i think i may have done a whole and 1/4 during the course of the day..my question is does anybody know how bad my benzo w/d might be and what i am in for

Benzo WD is pretty horrible but you are on a low amount. It's nothing you can't handle but plan on being a cranky bastard. Best bet is to get some trees and relax in bed watching movies and such and do your best to kick everything at once.

There is no way of knowing how bad or long your wd will be until you quit. Even low doses (I suppose you mean .5 off a 2mg bar and xanax is considered high potency) and even when used for a short period can cause wd's for many people. Search around and you will find info on crossing over to valium or librium for tapering a dose. Tapering has so far been the most effective method and reduces the work load for your nervous system to readapt to life without a benzo.

bro its horrible, i was on 6 mgs a day and comming off 200mgs of methadone. all at once, i was in my room for like a month. and say goodbye to sleep. cus ur not gonna get it.
