If so, you should send it to someone for testing.
PCP may be inexpensive to produce (i have no idea) - but surely it wouldn't make economic sense to spike nicotine juice with illicit without telling your customers.
The risk of doing something like that seems unecessarily high, with no discernable gain - so i'd be inclined to doubt that there is PCP in it, just based on that.
I think there is enough interest and demand for PCP nowadays that people probably don't have to sell it as other stuff (like how it was passed off as mescaline and "THC" in the 70s) to sell it.
And doing so without telling people isn't a very sound business model. It's not like it's silently addictive (nicotine is already addictive) because PCP is highly consciousness-altering in very low doses.
