Haha...^&^^Been there done that...I thought i was the only one lol...I remember using that stuff that they wrap shoes in...Its like a large super thin sheet...I would cut out like perfect custom sizes for fatties or long and skinny...was kinda cool...i used up the whole sheet lol...maybe even thinner than papers but idk how goes it was for lungs...

other than that...the apple is like gods gift to stoners...Like just poke 2 holes with a screwdriver one through top and one through side and you got a pretty decent bowl..I would use up all of the apples in the house when i needed to...They are biodegradable so i would just rip a couple bowls out of it and toss it in the lake in my backyard...The fish probly got ripped as shit wen they ate all the apples i toss in there wit all that resin and what not ... ya

If you have smokes around, empty the tobacco out and take the filter out without tearing the paper then put some rolled up cardboard in where the filter goes and put ur mix in the other end and pack down with a nail or somethin when needed, works a treat ;)

it's actually better to pack it with green before you tear the filter off-- that way you can tap the filter end onto a hard surface to make the weed kind of mold together to get tighter, instead of risking packing it too tight with a pen, pencil or nail.

this cigarette thing does work, it just makes the joint burn kind of weird (i guess because there's so little paper being used).
 
I have heard of using paper grocery bag as paper before, but never tried it myself. Whatever you use, try to tear a straight edge rather than cut it, at least where the glue would normally be. A jagged, torn edge when licked is just as good as glue. I've even used this trick sometimes when shitty glue on papers doesn't stick. Just tear off the glue strip and lick it again. If you are dead set on rolling something you may have some trouble getting it to work well. I've made excelent pipes out of apples, pears, or corn cobs.
 
I say the soda can, it's quick and easy to make. Also helps if you poke a big hole in the side of the can as a carb.
