so i have a friend that has no pancreas and because of it can not do any drugs or so we thought. he cant smoke buds with out gettin sick or drink without gettin like deathly sick. but we recently tested some some meth and he seemed to be fine not sick or light headed or any thing. so i was wondering if he could do some 2c-b. any help in this subject would be great.

Not having a pancreas has all sorts of implications such as diabetes (the islets of Langerhans that produce insulin are situated in the pancreas). As such, I can't say that methamphetamine is a very clever drug to be taking, or any drug that radically fucks with blood glucose levels (can lead to hyopglycaemic coma, peripheral neuropathy, blindness & a whole range of really ugly conditions)

...And I agree completely with F&B. A missing pancreas does have multiple consequences and patients are advised not to fuck up their blood glucose levels as well as they digestion in any way. With such an serious illness I would recommend staying clean. Completely clean.

The pancreas produces insulin and glucagon, which both regulate blood glucose levels. Now after a really nice hit from da bong you might get hungry... This is no direct link but definitively not too far fetched.
Apart from that, the pancreas produces also somatostatin.

Now consider the huge distribution of CB-receptors (both CB1 and CB2) in the human body and you have lots of possible consequences/interactions, most of them probably not predictable.
I would advise maximum caution with taking any kind of drug when you have a serious illness. A missing pancreas is supposed to be such a serious state...

Don't take a chance on your luck when you're already down.

Just my own thoughts. Murphy
