No insurance early refill question

So I have insurance but I was about 4 days early my last refill so I took then new script my doc gave me to a Sav on pharmacy instead of my usual rite aid. Since I don't have insurance on file I was able to fill and pay cash. Well I've never done this before. I was wondering what my earliest refill would be for a 180 10/660 hydro/acet 30 day supply. I was thinking 23 days? Pharmacist discretion? Thanks for the tips in advance! Never had to fill without insurance and riteaid always made me wait 29-30th day!

No way 23 days is like just asking for it. They have C III on file everywhere even if you hadn't used insurance. Four days is on the edge.....And how do you go thru that much in 7 day's......Please you'll lose your scripts completely if you try to fill.
