No Ejaculation from sex

I've been on Butrans Patch 10 mcg/h for about 5 years now, and i lost my virginity within that time frame, besides the very first time, and very few other times, I don't ejaculate when having sex, receiving blow jobs, or anything of the sort. (I can make myself cum sometimes, when doing it myself with my partner there, and i can cum from masturbation.) I'm not sure if its anxiety, trust issues, or maybe the narcotics make me last longer, but wouldn't I finish eventually? Usually i get too tired before i finish, (Sometimes this is 1 hour of foreplay and 2 hours of sex) Am i doing something wrong? Is there anything i can take that will make me cum faster or make me more sensative? I feel like i might have less sensitivity from the drug, but going off it just for sex would be extremely painful from withdrawal along with the chronic pain that it is for.


Please give me some advice.

Is butrans a buprenorphine patch? I have found full agonist opioids to make it impossible to get off during sex, with myself or others. They dull sensation as well as lower sex hormones. Buprenorphine is a partial agonist and at the right dose doesn't have any effects mentally and keeps you stable, as well as allowing hormone levels to regulate. Perhaps try lowering your dosage and this will prevent sensation dulling as well as allowing testosterone and dihydrotestosterone levels to normalize.

If that doesn't work then maybe coax your woman to stuff your butt with stuff, maybe that will work.
 
I have a similar problem, probably from jacking off too much. Taking a break wouldn't hurt but there are worse things in this world than having a problem that causes you to fuck girls stupid.
 
Yes Butrans is buprenorphine, and i've had the same problem with the 5mcg/h patch, and the 15mcg/h patch, so i don't think its the amount that is changing anything,
What exactly is phenibut?, and where can i get it? I will definitely try it!

opiates are notorious for delaying orgasm/reducing libido.

also SSRI's make it very hard to cum and the orgasm feels shit
