Ketamine can be super helpful for unipolar depression, and for a lesser duration bipolar depression. Don't know too much about it for anxiety, though. Seems strange, as its class of drugs simulate both the positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia, of which anxiety is a big part. I guess it goes to show how incomplete our understanding of how these drugs work is. I guess at low doses, which plumbus is talking about, may be different.
As for anxiety itself, well CBD does wonders for me. Theanine, or better yet green tea itself, is highly underrated imo. As is tulsi. Tulsi is amazing. So medicinal, yet soft at the same time.
