NMDA antagonists and red face

I began with ketamine and MXE half a year ago, and do not remember my face became red and hot after I used them. Now with very low DXM (<100 mg), ephenidine (10 mg) and nitrous doses I feel my face is hot and red after I begin the usage of these drugs. After several hours even if I increase the dosage, all seems OK, and hot face disappears. Have you noticed this? Do NMDA antagonists cause small vessel dilation?

I take a small dose of ibogaine everyday along with my vitamins , which is also a nmda agonist, and i also get red as well and sweat more than normal
