The symptoms of serotonin syndrome would include fever, chills, sweating, nausea, diarrhea (pretty much flulike symptoms), tremors/seizures. Strangely a lot of the same symptoms that can be caused by cough syrup or capsules, making it hard to judge whether it's life-threatening or simply a negative reaction...
