May I please ask you how can I become more in tune with nicotine?.
What I mean by that is, well I smoked a cig a couple of hours ago, but I would like to smoke one now, BUT THE THING IS I am afraid if it makes me sick. Because in the past I chewed nicotine gum 4mg like normal gum and it was HELL. extremely sick. and another time with another cig. its awful feeling.
BUT, at the same time, another time I smoked I felt very relax and had a nap.
So in general, how can I know how much nicotine to take and how it effects me?.
How I get the really super relaxed feeling? or just stimulant feeling?
any idea please?
