Surely the cover charge could cover 'glasses of drinking water'.
As far as I am concerned, if you ask for a glass of water (not a bottle), you should be provided with one - no charge (which I thought they WERE required to do.. hmm).
What's a 'reasonable' charge for a glass of water anyway?
Next time someone asks you to pay for a glass of water, you tell em 'Ever heard of a thing called Karma!'
