Hi there

i just wanted to say hello - I'm new here and just lolooking for some where to share and meet some people on a similar wave length - I've been on a maintenance programme for quite a long time and want to come off - I've also had some problems with sleeping pills due to insomnia and am trying to ween off them too

If you're looking for some help tapering off the sleeping pills and maintenance meds, maybe take a look at the 'sober living' forum. If you just want to chat, there's a social thread in 'other drugs'.
