hey blue lighters! Ive lurked here since high school, and finally decided to make an account. of course ive already posted a thread about synthesizing LSD and got a slap on the wrist, so i took the time to read the forum guidlines again. so my question is about PMs. it says green lighters cant PM but i received a PM, messaged the person back, and he then replied. when i went to reply to him again, a message came up saying that i can only post a message every 180 minutes...but it says you can have up to 100 PMs....im confused if its because im a green lighter or what anyone know whats going on??????? thank you!
 
I know what it says in the rules but my experience was that until I turned Blue I could only hold 5 msgs total in my box (in and out) and could only send 1 every 180 mins.

Once you turn blue all these restrictions are lifted.
 
I too was wondering what the case here was. So like, if I turn blue, then i can send more messages? I am unfamiliar with such strictness
 
thanks for the information thats what i figured so i wanted to make sure it wasnt because i posted a naughty thread or something lol
