Beginning day 3 myself Nessa. 6-10 H bag/day habit for this trip, since rehab, about 4 mos. I have been up all hrs w/d so what better to do than search the web. I have been looking for ways to home detox, with no illegal benzos or opiates at all. So far so good. I can tell you, I found Kratom locally in Pittsburgh Pa and it helps TREMENDOUSLY with w/d and the energy lacking. I planted three hostas and seeded and fenced off my whole back yard yesterday after trying for the first time. Great appetite, slept 4 hrs, better than none, and the RLS, leg shakes and spasms are gone while using the Kratom. However, this is not an alternative. I purchased enough to get me through the first few days of baaaad w/d. I smoked a little pot as well while working outside in the sunny 75 degree weather yesterday. It is addictive if abused or used too long, but is making this cold turkey attempt, the first ever manageable. It helps having your sig. other supporting you and there with you, and prayer helps me greatly.. Music too. Stay hydrated! I say this in ALL CAPS. STAY HYDRATED. Vitamin water, gatorade, and high quality H2O.
