New Zealand Analogue Laws

Dude, i think America's analogue act is barely enforced and virtually non-existant. The only new chems i know banned in the states are JWH-018 and 073.. you can buy mephedrone from US online vendors in the us and other assorted cathinones and other RCs quite readily with just a google search.

That fact really sets a precedent. Basing my theories that Aus Customs are more interested in packages from europe and asia at the moment - with production and supply occuring in the states - i wonder how badly US packages would be scrutinized.

Yeah I've heard mail from china certainly gets fairly closely looked at in NZ.
Hey Mr. Blonde did you ever decide whether the NBOMe group falls outside the ananlogue act?

^ Well, it's certainly not an isomer, ester, ether, or salt of any of those listed Class A controlled drugs.

Unless you guys have a 'pharmacologically similar' clause, or something else designed to make the Act so vague as to be all encompassing, I don't think it's covered. Don't count on me to come testify to that in NZ though, unless you pay my expenses. :p

I would have to assume any "pharmacologically similar" clause would be part of the same piece of legislation, and I've not noticed one.
Just checking here, but in the Class A schedule the wording is such that an ether of an ester of an isomer would be considered illegal, not just an ether or ester or isomer. Did you factor that in?
Hope no bloody Timothy Leary type figures come along and ruin it for everyone, I swear he's responsible for LSD being so frowned upon.

No, New Zealand does not have a "pharmacologically similar" clause.

Where is this in the Aussie law, nationwide or just certain states?

That's nasty alright, I wonder if it catches coffee as an amphetamine analogue? :X
