I find it also depends on the drugs they're taking too, main reason I stopped going to events was because beefed up tweaking muzz bags kept trying to fight me :( so I might re-phrase that and say if prefer to be in a room full of trippers and e-tards than a room full of loudmouthed yobs drinking.
 
^ I agree - if there was a choice, i'd much rather be around a bunch of people making love to a wall than a group of muzzas chewing their own faces off and punching the air/me. :\

This is the reason why NYE will consist of a house/propery great friends, good food, drink and FIRE. :)

I was on call last year so couldn't make it. And yeah, I've never drank wine or ate cheese at a GnC before :D

I got sick of having a mediocre NYE so have invested a good $5000 in audio stuff to create a 'doof haven' up at my farm 1.5 hours north of Melbourne which is next to a state forest. I've found the best NYE are where you spend it with your friends and have a wicked party :)
 
Well i'm not going this year, and didn't go the year before, but 2 years it was Armin Van Buuren. (Back in my glowstick days haha). But srsly Armin Only, which is going to be the biggest in Aust, at Etihad, will be an amazing environment for NYE. I'd actually go for sure this year if I didn't have other plans.
 
Surely Armin Van Buuren!! This will be an amazing concert!! Only sad I can't make it..... (Can see him in Sydney in April tho!)

haha, yeah I remember some of that a couple of years ago.
 
i must say I am super excited about this coming NYrs! 30 of us are renting out a big house in the country for 3 nights of partying and deborturous escapades. we're all into the same music (hard dance) and go to the same events- a portion of the people r coming from interstate and between us all we will have every party supply you'd want on hand to aid the celebrations. Someone will be bringing their decks and we will rock out epically (without any neighbours nearby to complain about the music :D)
