Hi,
Im a 22 year old female, im 5'6 and 145 lbs.
about 2 weeks ago i had 4 tylenol 3's on A saturday, stupidly i did this while drinking alcohol for the whole evening/day heavily, partying (Had 2 at 5 pm and 2 at 8-9),
then the following sunday night i had 2 more (at the same time).
I havent drank since then but the following thursday I had 2more tylenol 3's for a migraine. Its been about 10 days since the last time i had anything. and I was thinking of having a percocet but i'm kind of worried that it might not be a good idea. I heard sometimes you can have very bad liver damage from an incident like that and not even realize it. I was wondering if anyone had advice/opinion?

I am in pain right now, should i be ok to take something at this point?

You will be fine.

And no, you did no immediate damage to your liver. There are very big signs that one has liver damage, and pain is a big noticeable part, as well as the fact you would start turning into a banana.

I'm assuming that the active ingredient in Tylenol you're worried about causing liver damage when mixed with alcohol is the acetaminophen, not the Codeine? I know for a fact both acetaminophen & alcohol are notorious/semi-notorious for causing liver problems, but for all I know Codeine causes liver problems too.
If it's the acetaminophen in the Tylenol that's making you worry: Almost six years ago when I was a stupid [well, more stupid, lol] kid I took like three or four boxes of Tylenol with lots of hard alcohol as some sort of semi-suicide hoping-for-comatose act. Yeah, I was in the ER for days, but my liver's function is only very minimally compromised at worst from that. I know everybody's different & that what could leave me in perfect health could be lethal for someone else, but, still, if I was fine after that, I'm sure you'll be.
