New User: Opiate Addiction/Withdrawal Help - Daily use - Heroin, Fentanyl & Codeine

Hi. I don't know if I'm posting this in the right forum, but anyway.

I've been smoking marijuana every day for roughly 2 years, and today I decided quitting is the best option as I have been having really bad anxiety and panic attacks without it - (which happens to much as it is so expensive and my tolerance is so high that the weed I smoke does nothing.)
I can handle the slight uncomfortable/irritable feeling that comes with it but the Anxiety has been making it too hard to function.

It was about 1 month ago, give or take, that I started taking opiates to deal with anxiety.
I would take tiny amounts of fentanyl(0.2 /0.3 micrograms) /oxy-condon(5mg) or heroin orally as I had no tolerance.

In the last 1.5 Weeks (11 days):

I have taken codeine (12.5mg per tablet) + iburophen (200mg per tablet) which is bought over the counter at Chemists.
I've been taking Oxy-Condon; Targin (5mg Oxy/5mg Naltrexone) & Endone (10mg Oxy) also.

DAYS 1-4 / WEEK 1, I took two or three Targin a day. (5mg Oxy/5mg Naltrexone)
DAY 5 / WEEK 1, I took 3 Endone (30mg Oxy).

I then skipped two days with no opiates.

DAY 1 / WEEK 2, I had 6 tablets of Panafen Plus (12.5mg Codeine/200mg Iburophen)
DAY 2 / WEEK 2, I had 8 tablets of Panafen Plus.
DAY 3 / WEEK 2, 8 tablets of Panafen Plus.
DAY 4 / WEEK 2, 10 tablets of Panafen Plus.

Today I stopped taking any opiates. I also have not had any pot, at all.

I am hesitant as I am unsure if I will experience any withdrawal symptoms from the last 1.5/2 weeks.
I am also worried as I believe my anxiety may be worse than it was before.
If any one has any info or advice or something than I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

if you've never taken opiates this many days in a row and have never had a tolerance I would say you wouldn't experience withdrawals. I did a similar low dose run with hydrocodone (same dose as you) instead of oxycodone and tramadol, I have never experienced withdrawals except maybe very minor symptoms.

I think at this point it could be psychological Wd's more so than physical. Have you talked to a doctor about anti anxiety meds? Self medicating for anxiety is just going to lead you down a rough road. I know how easy it is to just go to the chemist and get codeine to make you feel good (my husband is from England) but it won't last. Counciling works too. Let us know how your day goes!

Oh and working out greatly reduces anxiety.

Thanks guys for the advice.

I woke up today with slightly sore legs and sweats, as well as the uncomfortable prinkling skin/hot + cold flushes.

Hoping that this is all, fingers crossed.

I've tried every anti-anxiety med that I could get my hands on and each made me more anxious/depressed than I was to begin with.
I have also tried councilling but it is a rip off as all they do is sit there. Talking to a friend is exactly the same but free.

Thanks again

Silly D.
