New to Ireland need help

Hey I?m new to Ireland from the states. I really am trying to help my friend swim get off his wds and need to find some brown. I was thinking of taking my friend swim to Dublin for a night, but I don?t know where in Dublin will be the best odds of finding someone with it. Please help me out thanks.
