Opioids New pills make you nod more then others

my pet monkey has got his hands on some APO 80 ocd and since acquiring them he has been nodding like crazy possibly the first time he nodded was the first time he took one. and he cuts them in qaurters and snorts a rail or 2 and is really high but the next time he takes a rail 2-3 hours later he is nodding off like crazy and each dose after that morning one he nods like crazy. his tolerance is between 80-200 mg a day and he has never had this issue before with the other pills he has. such as 5,20 IR and the 40mg neo he has. he never nods until he started taking this new pills. why is he nodding so much even with a smaller dose of these NEW pills could it be the brand or manufacturer of these pills my monkey is a little confused Thanks
