You can easily search for different threads and see what suits you best. Go to Forum and read some of our topics.
BL has helped me immensely, it changed my life. I was on opiates and benzodiazepines for decades with a few breaks here and there, now I'm sober for quite sometime. I have also heard about Ibogaine but I don't know about their long term effects and how they actually help one to come off of opiates, for instance.
