Hello,
I've been lifting weights since I could reach the rack, formally started at 16.
I love strength training and bodybuilding and regularly play Rugby.

At the moment i'm 22 and weigh 240lb.
I have a good muscle mass but my fat content is above where i want it to be.

My goal is to hit 200lb ripped
