New here and hopeful to gain some knowledge on harm reduction and how to prolong the inevitable. Little bit about me. Been in a relationship with tina on and off ten years and have learned some harm reduction but i still suffer from stomach and GI pains sometimes. I do eat and sometimes take random vitamins. I have read from constructed blood vessels that the digestive system can suffer. Not really what to do to help any of this. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Meth Addiction Discussion

Here is an older thread I dug up from the recovery support section. Check out those forums for more info about recovery.

I personally take garlic, NAC, L-Tyrosine, and L-Phenylalanine, amongst some others. Water is crucial as well.

There is lots of info about the forum, many of us have gotten through it.

Welcome to BL! I hope you recover and start feeling better.

This is undoubtedly knowledge you're already up on, but here goes! I personally think it's crucial to remind myself and others that water, proper sleep, some form of excercise (outdoors and sunlight), and a conscious diet are all essential to our wellbeing - especially when we pass the time with habits that take a toll on us. Also self care and a solid support and social network. I shouldn't forget an emphasis on mental health awareness and positive coping strategies. Im not an expert by any stretch, but I've had plenty of personal experience. Water is vital especially with concerns of constricted blood vessels. Same goes for food, as we need sustenance, ya know? Not here to preach or nag, though. Glad you're here and wish you the best!
