Hey everyone....obviously I'm a newby here. Just here for info and support. I've been using meth for the last 6 months. I stopped 2 weeks ago, not really bc I wanted to, but that's a whole other story in itself. My craving yesterday was by far the worst. I don't think I think thought of anything else other than how I could get it. I didn't, but damn I wanted it. Thanks for taking the time to read my shit story lol

Just focus, do some things that can keep you busy to keep away your craving. Just keep posting. Welcome here!

Welcome tbaze! I am new here as well. Been where you are. Worst thing you can do during this time is be alone with your thoughts - you'll just "spin" on this topic - obsessively. Keep busy - very busy. Workout (even if this is last thing you want to do), volunteer if you can. I found the animal shelter helpful - they need help, especially this time of year. Caring for animals who need love and attention took me out of my own head for a couple of hours. Small victories! The fact that you are here is a victory too - please update on how you are doing!

hit the gym every morning, run then weights run then weights etc. release of serotonin and other neurotransmitters helps wellbeing and stimulation. plus a wee bit of endorphins after workout. take 50 mg of htp every morning aswell. watch netflix straight after work, get ur mind addicted to something else. give it a couple weeks and the meth will be a distant memory. give this a go and if it does f all then fine but if u really dont want a meth prob u will give this a go. also eat light and clean, dont eat shit. all the best from the uk
