SWIM recently got his hands on some 5mg ir oxycodone pills. Hes wondering if you could help him get the most out of it.
He has done it feww times maybe once or twice a yr. The last time being 6 months ago so not sure if he will have a tolerence. He has only done ixyconton in the past so if curious how the ir will affect him differently.
His dose with the oxycontin was a 30mg split in two... so a 15mg dose. He is a big guy so will that also affect? He was thinking bout starting off with 10mg orally. Than another 5mg an hour after then another 5mg anithwe hour after that. Is that a good idea? Trying to extend the high for as long as possible.
Should he also think about potentiatiors?? He was thinking maybe low dose dxm and promethazine?? When should this be taken in the scheme of things.
