Why realizing this will be beneficial years from now, there is a company I've been looking at ( and no I do not have stock) that seems to plug along at psycho active research on the hows and whys of how these drugs function. The company is called Excellgen and their work focuses on the phosphoinositide cycle, the role of amino acids and Endothelin (genetically produced).
My point is there are some other companies also doing similar things as well. While not being a true psychonaught, the very fact that current research still goes on outside the government is somewhat encouraging. Perhaps there might be something in the pipeline?
I was just wondering if I should have been thinking pipe dream instead of pipeline.
