based on some of the glowing endorsements here on bl i decided to try a subscription to NETFLIX. anyone have additional good / bad experiences with them?

in case you dont knowNETFLIX www.netflix.com is an online video shop where a flat rate is paid for unlimited movie rentals. there is a limit of how many dvd you can take at once but no limit( as far as i know) to how many titles you can rent in a month. and postage is free i think:)
 
I've been with NETFLIX for a couple of months now and they're great. I mean you can only get 3 movies a week. I usually send out my batch on Mondays, Tuesday the latest and I get my other movies by friday...so I have the weekend to watch them.

So basically 3 movies a week, 4 weeks in a month = 12 movies a month for 21 bucks...pretty decent. Blockbuster is charging 4 bucks a movie right? That would be 48 bucks a month and that's excluding late fees. Netflix is really the way to go if you love your movies!
 
We go through three movies a week too but i have mine spaced out to arrive around Mondays, Wednesday, and Friday/Sat. They send you your first three at once but if you send them back one at a time you soon can figure out how to time yours to arrive when you want them to.

We signed up the beginning of January and i don't have a bad thing to say about them. We liked them so much my husband also uses Gamefly to order his video games the same way.
 
I absolutely love Netflix, they have a pretty kick ass selection as well. I got it about 2 months ago and haven't had a problem, even when a disc got lost in the mail. They have options now for plans with more movies as well. You can get 5 for $30 and 8 for i think $35-40 or something. Not bad if you ask me... no returning / late fees is great too.
 
what? you dont have to leave the house to get or return the movies other than going to your mailbox.....

im confused
