Mental Health Negative Thinking

Definatly is one of my problems. I've stopped working, so lately I've just been laying around in bed not doing a whole lot. To be honest, bluelight is my escape and keeps my mind busy just by reading and browsing over threads. I know it may not work for everyone but I find it a great help to me most of the time. I think interacting with other BLers helps with things a lot too.

BL is my escape too- that's why I've been posting so much lately. I just need to numb the pain.
 
Changing habits is the hardest thing to do but negative thinking is really only a bad habit that we who suffer anxiety issues burden ourselves with. I find that the mindfulness technique of just noticing my negative thoughts without judging them allows me to slowly make room for a follow-up thought that comes from a more positive way of perceiving.
