Hi there ive made a few batches of pretty strong edibles before. The problem is I dont know how much bud is in each cookie, however I know theyre less than a g each bc I made 40 or so cookies out of 30 grams. This time around I want to maake sure that each cookie has a gram in it. How would I do so? How can I ensure a gram in each cookie with cannabutter? I want to turn an ounce of weed into butter and then make 28 cookies from that. Does anyone know of a recipe thatbi could accomplish this with? Thanks

Peace&Pot

peanut butter cookies – Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
30g (1oz) butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg, beaten slightly
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract
Optional

Preheat oven to 375
Mix all the dry ingredients together
In a separate bowl, mix softened butter with peanut butter, add beaten egg, milk, and combine until completely smooth
Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix thoroughly
Grease a baking tray
Spoon out the cookie mixture onto the tray
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden

Yields 30 silver dollar sized cookies. Small but at least you don't have to over eat to deliver.

That recipe calls for an ounce of butter. So your cannibutter would contain an ounce of mj.

Potency is up to you. Some people make butter from trim, some from bud.

I'm not sure on the solubility of the butter/trim and if 1oz of butter could hold more than 1oz of mj worth. But for your cause I'd do 1oz mj to 1oz butter.

i might be wrong but this is an answer and a question.. dont u mix the smoke with the butter then use the butter in the cookies?

Yes you cook the weed and the butter together, then strain or not, andthen bake it in the brownies

Sounds good. Only thing i would do different is replace the milk with buttermilk and add 1/2 tsp of baking powder. That will yield a less dense, lighter and crispier cookie. That's just personal preference though.
