Do you need a perscription for needles in CA? Can you buy them from a med supply or what?
 
I'm pretty sure syringes are an OTC item in CA. Just go to a pharmacy and ask for a box of BD Ultra-Fine Insulin Syringes...
 
In some states you do need a script, most you don't... in some states, such as Florida, if you're 18+ and have the money, the pharmacist can NOT refuse the sale because of your intended use.. but that doesnt mean dick.. if the pharmacist doesn't want to sell them, he wont... so don't crawl in, blood from yer track marks, and say "I need a pack of rigs and a lid of your finest dilaudid please" ... then again, that might work..
