Need some info and support on my case on whether people have felt the same exact symptoms and how long did it take to fully recover.

Here's my story. I took a red supreme untested exactly 2 months ago. This was going to be my last time rolling due to the fact that I was about to get my class A permit and jobs drug test for the profession. I did coke about a month before that and other than that not to much else. I'm not a big druggy and I don't smoke week or drink alcohol. Little side note (The guy that got me the E took 2 and he's fine). So the day after I had the natural hangover effects that your supposed to get off of e. The next day I was fine but I began to cycle what is called SARMS (Selective androgen receptive modulator) its a step below prohormones. The next 2 days I went to the gym and everything was fine on the 5th day after I took the e I started feeling pressure in my head and on the 6th day that's when the hell began.

So far these are my symptoms:

Head pressure (mostly in forehead)
Brain Fog
A little detached from emotions
Anxiety comes and goes

Some days are better than others I thought I was getting better after the first month and then it kickstarted again. I went to the neurologist and got an MRI everything came back normal as well as bloodwork. He doesn't think it has anything to do with the SARMS as there are selective. I have another appointment this Friday I am going to ask him about an eeg test and if that comes back normal I will assume that this will all hopefully resolve itself. I need some moral support from my peeps going through the same thing. If you could please keep it positive due to any negativity spiking my anxiety. I was anxiety free for about a month and a half until I got on here last week and some guy was being a negative nancy and have been having anxiety since. Let me add that I have a really good friend that did e then did coke spaced out a couple of months and was going through the same exact thing except a bit worse due to his anxiety so bad that he didn't feel comfortable around his family or not being able to talk right but got put on klonopin and he says he feels normal now at least while he's on it.

Here's what iv been doing to combat this:

Supplements are every now and then:

5-HTP with vitamin b6
Ashwagandha extract
Fishoil

Iv also been trying to eat as healthy as possible and go to the gym. And went to my first yoga class on Saturday and will be doing it once a week.

So my questions are do you or did you have the same symptoms as me if so what did you do or what are you doing that have helped make it better and also how long did it take for full recovery. Again please stay positive on this thread for me it will help me a ton and I'm sure a lot of other people.

Yes, i've read about people with your symptoms. I also suffer from drug-induced emotional numbness. I can't even cry lol...=[

Let me ask you if you suffer from depersonalizaton ? Read up on it if you don't know what it is.

You will most likely make a full recovery within the next year if you carry on exercising ect.

Thanks for the reply I don't think its to that degree but maybe a mild version of that I can still feel feelings and have fun its just my brain fog makes it a little harder at times. Like I'm almost constantly zoned out unless I move my eyes around. Its really hard to explain but how long have you been feeling like that? But thanks for the support I'm trying to eat as healthy as possible I stopped vaping and just started working out again so ill keep my progress every month or so on here for anyone else reading. I also get brain zaps or waves of energy throughout my head just forgot to put that with the symptoms.

bigdreams 10 , count yourself extremely lucky and never touch mdma again , workout and focus on your future. Forget about supplements just be healthy. within a month you will be fine. I am warning you because your body is giving you a sign right now . If you use mdma you risk going into an extreme long term comedown aka some type of brain damage that no one can figure out. I am tired of people defending the drug its a piece crap drug and the most neurotoxic drug ever . I am 3.5 years out and beginning to have some normalcy come back to me. It seems from you screen name you got big dreams well if you want fullfill them thank god he gave you another chance instead of spending the next 5 years learning to recover. peace out man

Trust me bro I'm never doing drugs again I am taking it as a lesson from god because before I even took It I told me self it would be the last time. Like I said before I'm on 2 months already so I'm hoping it doesn't last to much longer I know the pain of everyone that has gone through it even though its been a short amount of time for me iv felt like iv had this for at least a year just the hopelessness from it is enough to drive the strongest people mad. I'm doing the best I can to stay level headed through it all. There's a sane, god gives the toughest challenges for his strongest soldiers. Thanks for the reply tho bro!

Hiya. I have suffered this before. Took me six months to feel normal again. Exercise, eating well and taking a vitamin b complex really help. Telling yourself you will be okay will help aswell. Take care.

thank you for the reply any recovery story gives me so much hope I appreciate it. God bless.

Don't worry man you don't have much to go your symptoms are mild . I literally though I was dying. You are on the verge of being 100 percent keep lifting and you'll be good .

thanks for the reply again. Yea that sucks I'm glad your feeling better now tho that's a long time to feel like crap I read some other story of a guy that took him 6 years to feel normal again and he had the most positive attitude about it. But that's what I'm doing I slip up on the diet sometimes but for the most part I'm in the gym every day lifting for an hour and a half then do a mile of intervals on the treadmill then sauna it up after. Got to beat this thing.
