Heroin Need some input regarding heroin doses

I've been using heroin for a while now, started injecting a few weeks ago and noticed that since then, my tolerance has shot WAY up. When I used to snort it, I'd do about 1/8 of a gram per line. This seemed to be fine for me for about 2 years. However, I recently started injecting and the first real shot I did was 1/8 of a gram, then after a few days I started having to really think about whether I was getting high or not from 1/8 of a gram shots . So I upped the does per shot to 1/4 of a gram. Is that a lot for the average IV heroin user? I dunno, I shoot it up, get a little rush and then within maybe 20 minutes I'm already coming down and thinking about shooting up again. It seemed to last so much loger not even a week ago and I've ben a heroin user for a couple years. I dont think its the quality of the stuff, but maybe. Just thought I'd post and see what kind of doses other IV heroin users are doing.

Heroin is of highly variable quality worldwide; it could indeed be tolerance or it might be that it's just cut more. Nobody can tell you.

Pure heroin is active in the milligrams to tens of milligrams, so it's almost never sold on the street without a cut. Try a regional discussion thread (in North American/South American Drug Discussion maybe?)

I'm closing this because it's just going to be speculation, irrelevant advice, and dicksizing.
