Need some advice on opiate withdrawal

Long story short I'm about 50 hrs in to my nightmare of going through withdrawals from using pretty much any pain pill I could geg besides the 120 10mg Oxy IR that I get scripts for a legit back issue. I was lucky and and was able to.get a hold of about 30 .5 mg of xanax and 4 8mg subs as well. I haven't taken the sub yet because I'm trying to save that for absolute last resort. 4 years of taking at least 100mg of opiate main meds makes think I'm in for some major pain. Any advice support, opinions or whatever would help immensely!

Sorry my vision is pretty blurry and head is hazy so I'm not making the best sense I understand but I think You guys get the drift I hope.

I suggest you to make a thread in Other Drugs.
I hear Loperamide is a good OTC "remedy" that can help you ease the WDs, aside from the obvious benzos/GABAergics etc.
