i find that eating while high is, well its one of the greatest things that can be done. it hits my buzz a little, but gives me needed bost of energy so i can load another bowl. i dont consider the munchies a negative side effect. many use the plant for that reason alone.

I always find that I get the munchies right around the time I start coming down. So, if I do give in to the munchies I am already in the process of becoming less high. So, in my experience they are unrelated but I can see why they would be confused.

Munchies - Self-Control = stomach-ache ---> negative side-effect for me
