Need, methadone, to bupe advice ASAP thnx

User goes to clinic daily for 95mg of methadone been going for about 100days or more. This does not help user from abstaining from all drugs or even opiates at all times. User Wants to go back to driving truck due to selling everything he ownes and ripping everyone off. User has made self choice to not go back to methadone clinic has not been in 58 hours and feels he is near end of the half-life of most recent dose, has been on molly the last few days not sure if its relivent as he hasnt taken any in over 24 hours (Uses only IV) User took a couple yes a couple of grams of heroin this morning. Then hung out with a friend for a while to say his fairwells (planning to go to suboxone detox inpatient tomorrow 7days long) user also got 2 54411 8mg bupe with no naloxone in it. took a half of 300 mg seroquel for sleep (user does not take seroquel regularly as he knows its effects and does not wish to sleep that much) This was taken 15minutes ago (orally) User scared fucking shitless for what comes next. He has again 2 54411 8mg bupe with no naloxone and has to go to detox tomorrow. has enough in case detox doesnt accept him for a day or two but needs to know the ins and outs, does it matter if he waits untill COWS level of 26+ ????? he didnt plan on it thats why he got the bupe with no naloxone but still doesn't want any part of pracip withdrawl! he thinks the heroin is wearing off and is asking for imidiate careing advice with in mind he IS going to take this bupe no matter what but needs to know when so on so forth also will be sleeping his ass off soon, not to mention the seroquel can sometimes bring on fake withdrawl syptoms plz keep this in mind when giving your advice. Also does SWIM bother telling the detox clinic he was at methadone clinic??? Very fearfull of not being accepted due to that...
