Need insight on lsd experience

I was focusing on a light with my friend when i suddenly felt the urge to push my chest in and my eyes rolled to the back of my head and i smelt metal and while all this was going on i wasn't at all aware of what my physical body was doing but my friend said i was convulsing and tears were pouring out of my eyes . What i saw was a sphere that kind of looked like an eye. My friend all the while was talking to spirits around me calming them down and keeping them from harming me. The craziest fucking part was i didn't know my friend could see spirits at all and ive always been kind of hesitant about believing that shit but my life has been changed. I want to know what i saw any ideas and why did it make me sob and convulse like that. I was concentrating on my peneal gland while my eyes were rolling back but all i can describe it as was a braingasm

Most likely some kind of seizure.

An enormous flood of serotonin that is getting potentiated by runaway potentiation catalyst effects can apparently do that to a person. LSD alone never caused that for me but with added nitrous oxide I had something very similar happen to me physically.

However I didn't get the spiritual experience to go along with it, even if I had plenty of spiritual experiences on psychedelic drugs. I personally don't believe it is necessarily any more or less significant or meaningful than other spiritual experiences you can have on these drugs. I.e. I really don't think you would need to have a seizure to achieve this.

Read more about enlightenment and mysticism, what you call a braingasm sounds mostly like a mystical experience that accompanied your seizure. You can have seizures without mystical experiences and mystical experiences without seizures.

Meditating while on LSD is an excellent way to achieve mystical states. They are very hard to explain but you can read about things like that in the ++++ thread and ego-death thread and also the ++++ on LSD subthread.

Also, entity contact does not happen extremely often with psychedelics but is still somewhat common. I suggest you don't get taken away by constructing stories that explain why you would meet spirits that would protect you or whatever. If you are helped in a way (like the DMT machine elves consoled me when I lost someone very close to me) that seems perfectly fine and beautiful. But when looking for the truth in theories about this, it can get tricky and I think it is better to just feel that it is interesting and that there are a lot of possibilities but for your own sake stay skeptical.

LSD makes energy go upward. It's upper chakra medicine. If you roll your eyes into the back of your head, you will be looking upward to your pineal gland. It doesn't matter that skull and body tissue are between your eyeballs and your pineal, the energy permeates everything. In tantra they recommend doing this in combination with touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth to complete the energy circuit. Even when sober, in intense meditation states your pineal gland will activate as the third eye and crown open, and you can see visuals by looking upward at it. I interpret these patterns to be some kind of extra-corporeal data flowing in and you are seeing the visual light of it, but who knows.

I'm not of the opinion that all convulsions are seizures. I've had minor shaking from strong kundalini experiences. Visuals are not normally part of a seizure experience so I can't tell you one way or another what really happened. I'm glad you're alright though.

As for your friend warding off evil spirits or whatever... that is complete koolaid. Most lower level forms can't even touch a human aura, and people on LSD have vastly expanded auras from all the upward flowing energy. If you were having some kind of Divine experience (or just a higher level spiritual experience), you were surely protected in that sense.
