Any info on the Blue and/or Red Diamonds in circulation in Melbourne at the moment? Have not seen one(round, logo is a playing-card, Diamond suit)...Help please..!

There's another post here (re-directed from pillreports) about these...In summary: rating of 0!! But not EZ-tested so have no idea how it was rated...
