Need help

For me, the immediacy of cravings tends to overcome how I consider longer-term consequences. Basically, the urge to get high (sometimes) presents itself NOW, while the very real risks are likely to materialize later...and on this subject, NOW tends to win, for me.

I couldn't have put it better myself! I feel exactly the same way Simco.

I found that when on higher doses of methadone it really did effectively curb my cravings. I had tired suboxone in the past and it didn't work for me. But everyone is different, for some the suboxone may be more effective. I agree with you about the clinic doctors being more insensitive though. I will be going through my primary to see about something to help me sleep etc at least just for the first week or so. Thanks guys for your input.
