Need help with heat levels for vaporizing different herbs (Kratom, Damiana, etc.)

I just recently bought a Volcano vaporizer and was wondering if there is a handy guide or post somewhere on what herbs (recreational) can be vaporized and at what temperature?

I have tried searching the forums to no avail :-/

My vaporizer came with a little guide. I would try to find it for you but I'm not going to because I know it's lost. My vaporizer looks like a tiny little black tile box if that helps. Maybe you can find it online or on google.

Google it, it wouldn't surprise me if your specific vaporizer or the company that made it has their information online.

Given the amount of kratom you need to do I don't think it's really a viable option in the first place.
