Misc Need help with fentanyl patch!

ok so i have used pretty much every drug out there so my tolerance is pretty good. and i usually IV all my pills and powders so im used to really potent things. but one thing i have never tried is Fentalyl. so my close friend is selling me a patch, its either a 50mcg or a 75mcg not sure yet till i go see him to get it. I have heard that it is dangerous and easy to OD. so i was just wondering these few things:
1) how many mcgs should i do at once?
2) i was told to put it in my mouth and do it that way instead of on my skin. i was told that these are the extended release ones so its better to put it in my mouth so it all releases at once instead of putting it on my skin where it will release over a 3 say period. what are your opinions on how i should take it? and if it is by mouth is it under the tongue, chew it, or how?
3)when u tell me how i should take it also tell me, How long should i do it this way?(like how many minutes i should leave it on my skin or how long i should keep it in my mouth, etc)
4) how long will i feel the effects?
and 5) how long after i take the dose should i wait before i take another dose?
Im going to do this no matter what so please dont tell me not to.

You should wear the patch as intended for best results, IMO.

Apply it to a clean, dry (preferably hairless) area. Place it on carefully, and once it is on do not remove it and attempt to re-apply. If you try to pull it off the adhesive will be much less sticky and it's a pain to get back on.

Fentanyl is a potent drug, and you are right to be wary of it. Be patient once the patch is applied, it may take a while before you actually start to feel it working. If you are pretty tolerant to opiates you can apply heat sparingly to speed the release of the drug, but don't go crazy and blister yourself.

Of course, take the patch off if you go pale/start puking.

Be careful man, fentanyl has claimed a lot of bluelighters.
 
Hey, be really careful with the fent.

Depending on the strength and type of patch, you will need 1/10 of one to 1/6 of one used buccaly (between cheeck and gum) for about 30 minutes, or until you feel something, then removing it to make sure it doesn't get too strong. Maybe 30 minutes at most. I wouldn't redose until the effects have largely worn off, this will take 2-4 hours.

Be really careful, we have had several BL'rs die from doing fent, one notably died from aspirating a piece of patch in his mouth after he nodded out, so tread carefully.
 
i would just wear it.. fuck risking your life for a high, just think about it that way, either you wear it and get a decent high with almost no chance of death because of your tolerance or abusing it for a bit stronger and faster hitting high and risking death, russian roulette bud.
up to you.. but be smart with it, as was said.. a lot of BLers have made bluelight turn to blacklight.

Use the patch as intended for best results. I find it takes about one half to two hours before I notice the effects, mainly depending on the location I applied the patch. Fentanyl is very potent and as such, should be treated respect.

Due to the lag in effect with the patch, if it is not an RX, take it off once you start itching for some measure of safety.
 
The first time I did fent, I ended up knocking over a lamp and I stumbled around for a few minutes before passing out. This was with detailed instructions and a very high tolerance. The risks just are not worth it. That was a Duragesic patch with gel in the inside. I'm not sure if they are even made anymore. I kept on doing the fent and passing out in some weird positions and locations. I told my counselor about me doing this and she still doesn't believe that I wasn't trying to kill myself.

I finally wore the last one and it was nice to be high for 2 days constantly. Just wear the patch man if you enjoy being alive.
 
PLEASE CLARIFY how i need to do them and how much of it i need to do. thanks.
also, i am obsessed with IVing things. i've been told of people IVing them. please let me know how much of it to IV and how to prepare it to IV. thanks.
 
dont risk it. trash it. you're gonna kill yourself. you have been on here all week asking questions.. you don't have enough drug knowledge to be fucking around with potent life risking opiates.
 
I was on fent for a long time and decided to put one in my cheek, it knocked me on my ass.. I have had IV fent after surgery only because i was on the patch and have a great tolerance to it, and i felt it hard after just 25mcg IV'd. I dont know of anyway to extract fent for Iv from a patch but i would be careful and know what your getting into. Even if you have an Oxy or maybe even something stronger, Fent is in a league of its own. Be careful. I'd just wear it or at most put it in your cheek. The shit isnt something you wanna fuck around with.
