Need help with boofing or orally take suboxone

I'm new to subs, i take 8mg stips and ive been onnit for a month. I've read that it wrecks your teeth and my teeth are already bad! I would like to lower my dose so i can have a safety stash, keep my teeth safe and not have to take as much. my question is, how can i boof subs correctly and how much do i decrease my intake? also, ive heard you can ingest subs if you take it with ginger extract. by eating ginger it effects your enzymes and makes the boiavailability 50% stronger. is this true? if not, is there anyway i can incease the availability orally? if the oral wont work then please help me with boofing, ive read upon it before but theres alot of different info so if you have experience boofing drugs, please lmk how to do it correctly thanks!
