Opioids Need help on dosing 60mg morphine sulfate and norco

I've been doing some research but can't find anyone specifically combining 60mg morphine sulfate tr tabs and norcos. I'm told that 60mgs is equivalent to about 30mgs of hydrocodone. It seems like alot of people use the 60mgs a few times a day and take norcos as needed for breakthrough pain which is what i'm planning on but i want to make sure my tolerance, or lack thereof, doesn't have me getting an upset stomach. I normally take about 3 or 4 norcos at a time so I guess what I'm wondering is would it be effective to take the 60mgs morphine sulfate tr tab and 1 or 2 norcos along with it or would i be wasting my time or overdoing it?

Also, as far as for recreational use has anyone heard of getting any euphoria out of 60 mgs morphine alone or mixed with hydrocodone?
 
Actually hydrocodone is .6 the strength of oral morphine so 60mg of morphine equals about 96mg of hydrocodone. Stay with hydrocodone while you can and save morphine for when you need it.
 
Would it be okay to have a beer or two with the morphine? I'm going to a dinner and Plan on it but I want to make sure it won't kill me or anything lol
 
With your current tolerance I would Stick to the narcos, if you must do the morphine break the pill into eights take one eight and go from there wait 1.5 hours to re-dose going 8ths at a time.

Sorry for bringing up an old thread, but 60mg of ORAL morphine is equal to 96mg of ORAL hydrocodone? You are, 100% wrong.

Oral Hydrocodone is 2x stronger than oral Morphine.

So 30mg of oral hydrocodone, is equal to 60mg of oral morphine.

Check the opiate conversion chart for yourself, they compare every opiate to morphine.

But IV, that's a different ballgame. Morphine IV is much stronger than Hydrocodone oral. (you cant IV hydrocodone)
