Hey guys I'm an opiate addict of about 4 years and I'm only 20. IV user for 6 months. But anyways I want to get clean. Today is my 3rd day without any opiates, and the last 2 days I've been using subs (I know they're technically an opiate). I tried cold turkey for a day and couldn't take it. But anyways I have 24mg (3 8mg strips) left. I want to taper off with them and then jump off. What is my best bet to taper with these?
