Hello, long time listener, first time caller.
I have a Naloxone/Hydrochloride 2MG per 2ML, Luer-Jet(tm) Luer-lock Prefilled syringe.
The box does however state "For intravenous, intermuscular, or subcutaneous use as an opioid antagonist."
But, when I did some research on my exact product - Link: http://www.mountainside-medical.com...-usp-prefilled-syringe-with-luer-lock-2mg-2ml it states it is for Nasal usage.
The site I have linked has a picture, all information on box, and even content display. (I say this because there is no nasal attachment for the said syringe in question.)
Please help me in identifying the ROA for my Narcan.
Sincerely, Zakkless
P.S. I apologize in advance for any mistakes I have made in creating this thread for I am new to posting. Also please note this is NOT an emergency situation so please don't be alarmed or feel the need to reply as fast as possible ;P.

It is an intranasal kit- the ampule of naloxone goes inside the luer atomizer. Ideally, this dosage would bring the person around but if it doesn't you would need to administer it again. That could get expensive, considering it's at 2 mg and it may not all get absorbed like IM. I found a link that explains it better, it's a long read. Also, if you are a first responder you many be able to get at a discounted price so I would shop around.
