Whenever I used to get high and start to feel anxiety, I would make up mental diagrams of my worries and catagorize them into mental boxes. Then after i went over each worry, I'd do shit like burn the boxes, or imagine a bulldozer pushing all my worries out of my mouth. This may sound nuts but it works, and if i wasnt stoned right now i probably wouldnt have been able to describe it any other way..peace
